Potato & Brinjal - New Dish - Recipe
A tasty and easy to make dish
Ingredients
Cut egg plants (Brinjal) - 4.
Cut potato - 3.
Cut coriander leaves - 3 cups.
Cut chillies - 6 to 8.
Salt to taste - one tea spoon.
Turmeric - a pinch.
Oil - 1 table spoon.
Preparation
Wash the vegetables properly, discard the water, add oil and mix.
Place in oven until fully cooked with periodic mix. (~15 Minutes)
Add salt and turmeric.
Add chillies and coriander leaves slowly.
Tips
Add raw coriander and chillies for great smell.
You can add little lemon juice for more flavour.
